When you send an enquiry through the form on this website we receive your name, your telephone number, your email address if you choose to give one, the service you are interested in and your message.
Why we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange an appointment. We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not sell your details or pass them on for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any appointment that follows.
Who receives your details
Your enquiry is delivered to Hannah through the website’s form service. We do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Hannah on the number above. If you are unhappy with how your details have been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Booking and calls
If you book through Fresha, Fresha collects and looks after the details you give them under their own privacy policy. If you call Hannah, she may note your name, number and appointment details so she can look after your booking.
Cookies and fonts
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on it. To display the website’s typefaces, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is shared with Google when a page loads. Your hosting provider may also keep standard server logs for security.
Photos
Photos in the gallery show clients’ hair and are shared with their agreement. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, contact Hannah and it will be taken down.
Other websites
Booking is handled by Fresha, and HLR Hair is also on Instagram and TikTok. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
